Through this tool Campus Technology staff can quickly and accurately provide the Elon campus with relevant and up-to-date information. Are you looking for something that you can't find? Elon University has partnered with The Computer Dept., Sites Computer Resources, and AirTrack Devices in Burlington to provide students with computer support and repair. Both locations offer configuration, repair, and troubleshooting assistance for a variety of devices. Elon University's Technology Service Desk, located at 114 W. Lebanon Avenue, still assists students with limited software support, wireless configurations, and problems with print management stations. {cloak:id=faq2}A: When something ask you for your domain (Windows login, email, etc.) there are two possible domains to which you can belong. They are organized as follows:

Are you a student? Your domain is *AS*.
Are you a faculty or staff member? Your domain is *FS*.

{cloak:id=faq3}A: If you're trying to change your *OnTrack* password, you will need to visit the [OnTrack website |https://ontrack.elon.edu]. Once logged in you will see a link to change your password.

If you're trying to change your *Active Directory* password, please visit [this |https://www.elon.edu/password] website. Your Active Directory account controls access to Email, Moodle, Network Storage, Elon WebServices, VPN and campus computer logins.
