OnTrack is a secure site that provides numerous online services to current and prospective students, faculty, and staff. OnTrack is a Web interface that allows faculty-specific access to a variety of student and course information that is stored in Colleague, the university’s administrative ERP system.
Student services: registration, drop/add classes, housing selection, financial aid, text book purchases, time entry for student employees, and viewing grades, transcripts, degree audit program evaluation, class schedules, Elon Experiences transcript, etc.
Faculty services: access class rosters, advisee files and enter grades online
Prospective student services: application and admission status, financial aid and scholarships, and degree audits
Many of the functions of OnTrack require an active username and password. If you do not have a username and/or password, please contact the Technology Service Desk at (336) 278-5200 to receive or reset your login information.
