Enterprise Solutions Request Form*

Elon faculty and staff members use the Enterprise Solutions Request Form to submit requests for our team to develop custom solutions or provide training on applications supported by our area. We review submissions daily and will communicate the status of your request within one business day. Faculty and staff members can view the status of all active development requests on our site.

Getting Started

  1. Go to the request form
  2. Review the scenarios for contacting the Service Desk
  3. Select the appropriate choice and click Next

Need something changed


1. Application - If you know the application(s) that need changing, provide that information by checking the corresponding box or describing the application in the Other/Not Sure field.
2. Website link - If this is a web application or report, please enter the link to direct us to it.



1. Short title of your request - Provide a few words to summarize your need.
2. Describe your request and why you need it - Enter a detailed description of your request to help us understand your need and the impact of the request.
3. Timeline - Select the option that best corresponds to your requested timeline for the change.
4. Is there anything else you want us to know about your timeline? - Provide any additional details that influence your deadline such as university events or the academic calendar.



1. Do you have a workaround? If so, tell us how you do this process today. - Please describe how you accomplish this today if you have a process to make it work.
2. What is driving this change? - Check the box next to any of the items that factor in to your request.
3. Has anyone helped you with this process in the past? - Let us know if you have worked with one of our developers on this process.
4. May we display this request on our public project list? - Enterprise Solutions requests are displayed on our site. Please indicate whether we can display the short title of your request or whether we should keep it private.
