VirtualApps Introduction

VirtualApps is not platform specific and can be used by both Windows and Mac operating systems.

You will need to install the Citrix Receiver in order to access VirtualApps. To do so, click the appropriate tab above for your installation method.

The following software is available through VirtualApps:

  • IBM SPSS Statistics
  • Wolfram Mathematica
  • SAS
  • Kinovea

Students may visit the Information Desk in Belk Library, to receive assistance from an  TLT Student Consultant on configuring VirtualApps. Faculty may also send their students to the Information Desk for assistance instead of taking class time to troubleshoot problems.

The preferred method for accessing VirtualApps is to use the Citrix Receiver program you can install on your computer. If you utilize the VirtualApps web access, VirtualApps is best accessed through Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari web browsers.
VirtualApps is not available to Alumni, retired faculty, retired staff, guest users, public accounts or users with temporary accounts.
