OnTrack is a secure site that allows faculty members to electronically grant approval for advisees to preregister. To grant approval you must have an active username and password for OnTrack. If you do not have a username and password or if you have forgotten your password, please contact the Technology Help Desk at 278-5200, to receive or reset your login information.
Navigate to the OnTrack website. Log in using your username and password. Click the OnTrack for Faculty menu.
Click the My Advisees option under Faculty Information. Use the drop down box next to your advisee’s name to select the advisor approval option. After clicking Submit at the bottom of the screen, please verify the process by making sure the word “Approved” appears next to the student’s name. When you are finished granting approval for your advisee(s), you may click on the Main Menu tab at the top of your screen to return to the Faculty menu.
