Paste text from Microsoft Word - WordPress

Copying text from Microsoft Word and pasting it into your blog can result in formatting issues and weird-looking text. To fix this, you’ll need to do one thing before pasting the text into the blog. In Word, copy the text you want to post. Then click on the “Paste from Word” icon in the post tool bar. If you don't see the "Paste from Word" icon, you'll need to show the "Kitchen Sink." The "Kitchen Sink" shows additional editing options.

This will open a window instructing you to “paste the text into the window” (1). After doing so, click the “Insert” button (2) at the bottom right of the window. This will fix the formatting issues.
