If you need assistance using a software program, there are several options for support:

Faculty and Staff

  1. Visit our lynda Training page for thousands of online tutorials.
  2. Call the Technology Service Desk at 336-278-5200. The Service Desk Analyst will assist you over the phone, put you in contact with another member of our technology staff, or place a work order for a member of our staff to contact you within a few business hours.
  3. Visit Teaching and Learning Technologies in Belk Library 115.

Students

  1. Visit our lynda Training page for thousands of online tutorials.
  2. Visit the TLT Student Consultant at the Information Desk of Belk Library.
