How to Change Default Reply in OWA*

Many have noticed that when working in email through Office 365, the default reply option is set to "reply all." This is a limitation set by Microsoft, and not by Information Technologies. However, users have the ability to change this setting on their own. To do so, follow these instructions.

1.) Log into your email account at

2.) Click the Settings gear in the upper right-hand corner

3.) Select 'Mail' under 'My app settings'

4.) Select 'Reply Settings' from the left-hand toolbar under Mail -> Automatic Processing

5.) Select 'Reply' (1) and click 'Save' (2)

Now, replying to a message will default to "Reply" rather than "Reply all!"
