Ellucian Colleague enables users to star favorite forms to expedite future use. On this page you will be walked through adding a form to your favorites and how to access your favorites.
Open the form. Click on the gold star on the top right side of the form in between the printer and ? icons (see the green arrow).
A window will appear. You can organize your list of favorite forms into different folders. Click New Folder to create a new folder. Choose the appropriate folder from the Add to Folder drop down box. Click Add to add the form to your Favorites.
Access your favorites by clicking on FAVORITES at the top of your Colleague session. To open the form, double click the name or single click the name and click Open.
