Teleconferencing provides a voice only connection to a single person or group of individuals located in different areas. For small group conference calls hosted on campus, consider using the speakerphone on your office telephone. For larger group meetings, Media Services offers larger format IP telephones that can be checked out and used for your meeting at no cost. Please contact the Media Services checkout center at 336-278-6598 to reserve yours today.

For calls in which multiple people will be calling in, a bridge must be set up in advance. For more information about setting up a call bridge please speak to a Media Services representation by dialing 336-278-6521.
Video Conferencing technologies provide a way for you to hear and see remote participants. We offer a variety of different point-to-point or multi-point video conferencing platforms to facilitate calls with others located around the world.
