The Technology Help Desk is the information call center for all campus technology departments. All support calls within campus technology are routed through the Technology Help Desk. If you have any questions regarding Campus Technology, please contact us using the information below.
FacStaff Computer Support provides hardware and software support to all Elon-issued FacStaff technology. We do not support FacStaff personal machines.
FacStaff Computer Support completes repairs to Elon-issued FacStaff computers based on a priority list. The priority list is as follows:
Classroom support sets up and services technology contained within campus classrooms. Among these are:
All classrooms are equipped with at least a television, a VCR, an overhead projector, a screen and a white/chalk board. Classroom Support will also deliver & setup equipment for use within classrooms that do not already have equipment installed.
